Week beginning 6th July 2015

This week has been full of doing exciting and wonderful thing!
The children have enjoyed staying on for school lunches and have loved eating with their friends.

On Wednesday we had a visit from Father Michael. He popped into Nursery to look at all the amazing things we have been learning about at school.

On Friday we enjoyed performing for our families. The children did an amazing job and sung with such confidence. Well done Nursery!

After the performance we all enjoyed a picnic on the grass outside with our mums and dads,
grandparents and friends. Thank you all for your support!

Have a lovely weekend.

Week beginning 29/6/15 SUMMER HOLIDAYS

We have all been enjoying the sun this week in Nursery and have talked about places we have visited on summer holidays.

The class enjoyed the art activities on Monday’s Art Day. Each child had the opportunity to splatter paint on a huge piece of paper. Look at what we made! Isn’t it colourful!

The children enjoyed a ‘beach’ day on Wednesday morning. They had fun splashing in the paddling pool and building sandcastles in the sandpit.

Finally, on Friday each child came to school with an animal mask for our ‘Wear it Wild’ day. We raised money for the WWF. Thanks to the parents for sending in the amazing masks and supporting this fund raising effort.

We look forward to seeing you all next Friday morning at the Early Years Foundation Stage concert and picnic.
